S.E.E. Outreach Services…

Supporting schools and families with deaf students who use SEE but do not attend NWSFHIC.

Community Outreach Service Professionals can

  • Evaluate deaf & hard of hearing students for placement & program planning
  • Train general education teachers & administrators working with deaf or hard of hearing students
  • Help with IEP & 504 Plan development
  • Facilitate the inclusion of D/HH students in general education settings
  • Assist with SEE interpreter supervision, evaluation & interviews
  • Review accommodations, modifications & assistive technology needs
