ANNUAL GIVING FUND

NWSDHH relies on the generosity of individuals, corporations and foundations to deliver high-quality educational programs for Western Washington’s deaf and hard-of-hearing (D/HH) children. Private contributions comprise approximately 30% of our budget. Your support helps to ensure cost is not a barrier for the families we serve. Because of you, D/HH children in our region have the opportunity to reach their full potential. NWSDHH is a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. Our federal tax identification number is 91-1073353.

Gifts to our Annual Giving Fund support the school’s ongoing operations. Gifts to this fund can be made in a range of ways including online, check, stock, Donor Advised Fund, and foundations.

PLANNED GIVING

Future gift planning is a wonderful way to benefit D/HH children for generations to come. Including NWSDHH in your will or estate plans is a simple way to make a lasting impact. You can support the future of D/HH youth through bequests, retirement accounts (IRA, 401K, etc.), trusts, or life insurance.

A financial advisor or estate planning attorney can provide you with more details about these options and help identify how you might best support NWSDHH.

MATCHING GIFTS

Many corporations match their employees’ charitable contributions to nonprofit organizations. Employer matching gifts can double or even triple your donation to NWSDHH. To initiate a matching gift, check with your personnel or human resources department.
